Hannah Moore

Hannah Moore is a filmmaker, photographer and video artist committed to social justice and inclusive storytelling. She has made short films that have played at national and international festivals and on SBS Television. She trained as an actor at the VCA in Melbourne and studied Creative Writing at Melbourne University before completing her Masters in the VCA film school as a writer/director. She has also trained in sketch comedy with The Groundlings in Los Angeles, The Clown School in Los Angeles as well as with Philippe Gaulier in Berlin. She has been mentored by Belá Tarr and the late Abbas Kiarostami and has worked extensively with first time actors and marginalised young people, as well as in juvenile prisons. Hannah resides in South Australia and has a series and two feature films currently in development.
