Andrew Garton

Andrew Garton is an independent filmmaker, musician and writer with a background in community access media. His work spans various genres of non-fiction film-making, sound design for screen, stage, and radio documentary drama.

Andrew was a co-creator of Australia’s first national internet provider, Pegasus Networks, and co-founder of the Melbourne based media arts group Toy Satellite. He has since worked in management and production positions with EngageMedia, the ABC, ACMI, and the former Open Channel.

Andrew has a Master of Arts in Interactive Media and is a Swinburne Adjunct Industry Fellow and Lecturer in Media and Communication, Swinburne University of Technology.
