Ravi Chand producer, director and writer born in Fiji, of Indian heritage. His stories and work reflect his Indigenous Indian, Hindu and Fijian-Indian identity, Culture and Communities.
He is the recipient of several Screen Australia and VicScreen talent initiatives including the coveted VicScreen Screen Development Internship, AFTRS Talent Camp, Documentary Australia Foundation Story Works program, Cinespace Screenwriters Fellowship, Compton School and the Screen Australia and ABC ME Kaleidoscope Project where his ABC short called “Namaste Yoga” aired on ABC ME and iView. Namaste Yoga was also selected for the 2023 Maoriland Film Festival and 47th Cleveland International Film Festival.

His production company Warrior Tribe Films is dedicated to the legacy of his Grandma and Warrior Tribe Films’ logo is the same tattoo Ravi and his Grandma share.
