The 75 minute feature length documentary film by Jane Hanckel addresses the need to prepare our children for a future we cannot predict. The film has won ten awards internationally.
Filmed over four years across Australia, Finland and the UK, the documentary follows young people navigating society and education systems under pressure – from academic demands and digital distraction to unprecedented levels of anxiety. Through their eyes, we witness both the challenges in mainstream schooling and the promise of more human-centered models.
Featuring interviews with sixteen global leaders in education and wellbeing from the UK, Finland, India, the USA and Australia speaking to the urgency to rethink how we understand the child and how education must evolve in response to a world in rapid transformation.
