Through Los Puesteros, we aim to achieve several outcomes. First, we want to create a visually stunning and emotionally resonant archive that can be used as an educational tool to preserve the Gaucho way of life for future generations. Second, we hope to contribute to the conversation about decentralization in Chile and advocate for more equitable distribution of resources to remote communities like those in Patagonia. Third, we want to raise awareness about the challenges faced by aging and remote workers in Chile and promote the development of better support networks and resources for these communities. Finally, we hope to inspire viewers to reflect on the urgent issues facing communities around the world, particularly those in regional and developing areas, and encourage them to take action towards positive community and systems changes.

To achieve our desired outcomes, we are approaching the creation and distribution of this documentary with a strategic, multifaceted approach. We are putting great care and attention into crafting a cinematic film that will both captivate and educate our audience on the challenges faced by the Gauchos of Chilean Patagonia. We are also actively seeking out and collaborating with local partners, producers, and publicists in Chile to ensure that our film reaches the policymakers, NGOs, and other stakeholders who can make a real difference in supporting the aging and remote workers in the region. Additionally, we are utilising the power of film festivals and other international venues to amplify our message and connect with audiences around the world. Through these efforts, we aim to spark conversations and inspire action on issues of cultural preservation, environmental degradation, and community resilience in Chile and beyond.

Our goal is to inspire viewers to take action by creating awareness and empathy for the struggles faced by remote communities such as portrayed in Los Puesteros.
