Nick is an international award-winning Melbourne-based documentary filmmaker who
writes and directs programs and series for Australian and international broadcasters.
In the past 18 years, Nick has filmed on six continents, creating documentaries and
factual programs for ABC, SBS, Channel 7, Channel 10, Al Jazeera, BBC4,
Discovery Channel, History Channel, National Geographic, Science Channel, The
Lifestyle Channel, Channel News Asia, NITV, Channel V, Eurosport, Lonely Planet,
Smithsonian Channel and others. In 2018, Nick directed and produced the series
Everyone’s A Critic for the ABC, which introduced a cross-section of the Australian
public to iconic art works. The series was critically acclaimed and was nominated for
Best Entertainment Series at the 2019 Screen Producer’s Awards. He was series producer of SBS’s acclaimed history series Who the Bloody Hell Are We?” and wrote and directed the factual series, The Human
Revolution, Decoding Danger and Natures Great Divide for the ABC
