LISA WANG (王兴月) is a producer with over 30 years’ experience in television and feature films. She works regularly as a producer and line producer for Australia’s leading independent production companies. She has worked with international co-producers and broadcasters in the UK, USA, Germany, and Italy, and for all of Australia’s broadcast networks.
Lisa’s best-known credits include the new bold, outrageous comedy White Fever (ABC), the multi-award winning Please Like Me (ABC/Pivot/Hulu/Netflix), Frayed (ABC), The Family Law (SBS), Problems (ABC).
As a documentary maker, Lisa wrote, directed and produced Reunion (SBS). The film is an award-winning exploration of belonging and cultural identity as a Chinese Australian. Lisa also produced Trevor Graham’s MIFF Premiere Fund feature documentaries Monsieur Mayonnaise (MIFF2016 + Berlinale 2017) and Chef Antonio’s Recipes for Revolution (MIFF2021).
