Erica is a social impact producer and director with an interest in raising awareness for disabilities, diversity and inclusion, the environment and human rights.
She produced and directed Until the Sky Falls Quiet, a feature documentary which was nominated for a Change Award at Adelaide Film Festival 2025. She also worked on Joy’s previous films It’s Our Time and Her Last Laugh as a Producer and Line Producer respectively. She was also one of the Executive Producers of A Lion Returns (Stan) which was nominated for Best Indie Film at the 2020 AACTA Awards and her other credits include the Screen Australia funded digital series, Shippers and the Screen Australia and Screen NSW funded digital series, Going Home..
She worked with the Stroke Recovery Association NSW to make the short film, THE POOL, to raise awareness around stroke rehabilitation, and she worked with Autism Camp Australia and the Council for Intellectual Disability to deepen community understanding around neurodiversity.
